COMPETENCIES FROM THE ACTOR’S TOOLKIT:

Actors are required to perform to a high level of emotional and behavioural specificity in ways that are emotionally and physically demanding; and where there’s very little room for error. Corporate members and leaders find that the actor’s training gives them the competitive edge they need to take their team and organisation to the next level. Utilising core skills that come from the successful actors’ world and deploying these competencies to the organisational setting serves to elevate productivity and wellbeing at work.

HIRING US AS YOUR EXECUTIVE/CORPORATE COACH:

Our approach to corporate training begins with consultation (one or more sessions as required) to identify key areas for improvement.

From there, we work constructively with you (or your team) to bring change that ultimately leads to performance success.

Our group corporate training programs include elements for developing of inter and intra group communication and dynamics.

Depending on your needs and the field within which you we work, we design a strategy with clear outcomes and evaluations to measure program success.

 

INDIVIDUAL COACHING:

We work with individuals to elevate personal performance, mindset and wellbeing.

You can choose to work with a coach on an ad hoc, monthly or termly basis.

 

GROUP WORKSHOPS:

We work with small groups or office departments, conducting workshops either online on in person (London only).

 

ORGANISATIONAL LEVEL:

We work with leaders and management on longer term staff development goals.
