Will the Course be Specifically Designed for me?
Yes. Once we receive the booking, we will reach out to your team to organise a pre-training consultation. We will use the consultation to gather facts, understand the culture which exists in the workplace and gain important insight into some of the challenges the team might be experiencing. After this, we will make adjustments to the course and mode of delivery in line with your organisation’s needs.
HOW MANY HOURS IS THE TRAINING?
Each training day lasts 8 hours and includes breaks totaling 1 hour.
my team is larger than 15 people, is this training not right for us?
Our training programs involve hands on exercises in addition to content delivery. In order to enhance the training experience we recommend keeping group size as small as possible. If your group is larger than 15 people, consider if splitting the group may be a suitable solution for you. Alternatively, you may consider the option of us conducting the training with a larger team of 2 or more coaches.
Where will the coaching take place?
Our training is conducted at our training studio in Whitechapel. We are equally able to conduct the sessions at your premises. Our coaches are able travel to any destination in Greater London.
We are not located in London, will you be able to travel to us?
Yes, our coaches can travel anywhere in the UK (and even internationally) to conduct training sessions. Please get in touch so we can provide you with a quotation.
Can the sessions be conducted online?
Yes, we can deliver an online version of the training.
